Are you no longer able to keep your companion?

Before you have made your final decision to give up your companion, please visit our support page for suggestions that will help you keep your companion. Tassie's Hope is not a "re-homing service". We are an all volunteer organization dedicated to rescuing abused, neglected and abandoned companions.  All companions are kept in private homes until adopted.  We are currently unable to take in any more animals.

Reality check: If you plan on "dumping" your dog at the pound you can see what will happen to your "friend" by visiting this link.  Please DO NOT take your dog to a shelter or SPCA.  Please give yourself some time to find your loving companion a new, loving home.  He deserves it.

If, after reviewing our suggestions, you still think you need to find your companion a new home, please contact our webmaster through our Contact page.  We are currently offering free courtesy listing on Petfinder.com to help you find a new home for your companion.  You will need to provide us with a short summary about your companion, at 1-3 photos, contact name, phone number, and email.  We will list your companion for you.  Interested parties will be instructed to contact you directly.

You will need to contact us promptly if you find a new home for your companion so we can remove the listing.
